CAPACITY BUILDING
To build the capacities of partner NGOs/CBOs through dissemination
of information, training, increased access to library books
and persistent technical backstopping, so as to enable them
to plan, implement and monitor the participatory community
development projects in four TVO focused sectors in the
rural and semi-urban areas of Pakistan.

FUNDING
To
improve the social status of the rural population of Pakistan
through funding of participatory community development projects
in four major social sectors: Poverty Alleviation (VTL,
PID, ME), Primary Education, Primary Health Care, Safe Drinking
Water Supply and Rehabilitation of the Disabled.
OUTREACH
Expand
the outreach assistance to the NGOs/CBOs & communities
at the grassroot level through expanded network of TVO Regional
Offices, Tehsil network of NGOs/CBOs and formation of Regional
Committees of the TVO Board of Directors.
